You will receive a push notification each week when the programming has ben published to each track. You get access to multiple tracks with Mayhem Programming so you will get a notification for each one. Once you sign up for Mayhem Programming all of your new tracks will be added directly to your gym for you and the new workouts published each week. You will have the ability to easily copy or move programming between tracks for convenient programming options and to best serve your members.

We include daily coaching videos, programming notes, warm-ups, cool-downs, and more exclusive content to ensure you have all you need to give your gym members the best fitness experience each day.

The programming will always be one hour for the typical hour-long CrossFit class. We often include bonus programs or other valuable content, at times, to increase the value of what you will receive.

We provide programming EVERY DAY! There will be 6 days of programming each week (Monday through Saturday) with an optional cardio/aerobic piece each Sunday.

We include ALL the classes CrossFit Mayhem's physical gym offers: Affiliate Programming, At Home, L.I.F.E class, Running, Spin, Endurance, Kids, PreTeens, & Teens, Bodybuilding, and Burgener Strength.

Yes. You will just go to the Track Programming setting in the particular track and choose the element you may want to change.
