Level Method Murph Prep
This is a 4 week levels based progression program to help prepare your athletes for one of the most iconic workouts there is, Murph.
Load this to your gym's "Workout Programs", then assign it, or sell it to your members, as you see fit.
You'll be able to deliver this program to your members individually or to them as a group. They can follow along on their time line, or into dedicated tracks where you can manage the training schedule for them.
You can even set up another dedicated track to just host the Murph training schedule and add the people who want to take part in it.
