Box Programming draws from a variety of influences, but is primarily built on the principles that make the Conjugate system the most powerful system of training known to man. Our programming uses elements of CrossFit, Functional Bodybuilding, Animal Flow, Zone 2 conditioning and more. We use correctives in all warm-ups, Max effort, Submax and Repetition effort strength work paired strategically with conditioning for the energy system that corresponds to the preceding strength work. Each session finishes with accessory, breathing and targeted stretching, and we program Monday-Sunday.

Daily lesson plans include warmups, strength or skill work, metcons, cooldowns, and whiteboard briefs to help your coaches relay the WHY for the day. We believe that educated coaches are key to success with programming and aim to support them in any way we can, including with our Box Programming fundamentals 16 video module course.

Our On-ramp is designed to level up your coaching game with tips from veterans with 30 + years of experience, WHILE giving your clients a much better experience than they can get anywhere else in your market. Every gym has a great community, equipment etc, we want to help you be the experts in your area, and this On-ramp will help you get there. If you’re not 1,000% satisfied, let us know and we’ll do 1,000 burpees.
