Box Programming draws from a variety of influences, but is primarily built on the principles that make the Conjugate system the most powerful system of training known to man. Our programming uses elements of Functional Fitness, Functional Bodybuilding, Animal Flow, Zone 2 conditioning and more. We use correctives in all warm-ups, Max effort, Submax and Repetition effort strength work paired strategically with conditioning for the energy system that corresponds to the preceding strength work. Each session finishes with accessory, breathing and targeted stretching, and we program Monday-Sunday.
Daily lesson plans include warmups, strength or skill work, metcons, cooldowns, and whiteboard briefs to help your coaches relay the WHY for the day. We believe that educated coaches are key to success with programming and aim to support them in any way we can, including with our Box Programming fundamentals 16 video module course.
