After ten years as a gym owner, I made the decision to move my gym to a progressions-based workout model. The multi-level workout approach provides individual scaling within the group dynamic, and my members absolutely love it. But I quickly found out that the app I was using for programming and tracking did not fit my or my athletes’ needs.
I wanted to provide workouts for all of my athletes, but the process of creating and inputting my content was difficult and time consuming. It was also holding my athletes back. Tracking on leaderboards was messy and I was doing my members a disservice by not providing them with a more tailored approach on a daily basis.
To solve this problem, we set out to create one simple app that would allow me to easily program multi-level workouts and allow my athletes to log scores, track progression, and set goals. Along the way, we added some really fun and amazing features and created something bigger and better.
